Cancellation and Refund Policy


InternPedia believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy.

          1) Only requests for cancellations that are submitted right away after making the order will be taken into consideration. If the orders have already been given to the vendors or merchants and they have started the shipping process, the cancellation request could not be accepted. 

           2) Cancellation requests for perishable commodities like flowers, food, etc. are not accepted by InternPedia. However, if the buyer proves that the quality of the supplied goods is subpar, a refund or replacement may be issued. 

           3) Please contact our customer service staff if you get any things that are broken or faulty and report them. However, the request won't be granted until the merchant has checked and confirmed it at his end. Within 7 days after receiving the items, this has to be notified. 

           4) Within seven days of receiving the product, you must notify our customer care if you believe the item is not exactly as described on the website or does not meet your expectations. After investigating your complaint, the customer service team will make the proper conclusion. 

           5) Please contact the manufacturer if you have any issues about a product covered by a warranty. 

           6) It will take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed and sent to the end user in the event that InternPedia approves any refunds.
